In a world that moves quickly, Restorative Yoga invites us to slow down, soften, and return to the quiet intelligence within. It is a practice of deep listening — a remembering of the body’s natural rhythms, the breath’s gentle guidance, and the inner stillness that restores clarity and balance.
This training is an immersion into the art of rest. A journey into the subtle, the spacious, and the profoundly therapeutic. A place where the nervous system unwinds, the heart softens, and the deeper layers of the self begin to rise.
Whether you join to deepen your personal practice or to share restorative yoga with others, this training offers a nurturing, embodied, and transformative experience.

We live in a culture that celebrates productivity, speed, and constant doing — often at the expense of our health, our emotional wellbeing, and our connection to ourselves. Chronic stress has become the backdrop of modern life, shaping our breath, our posture, our sleep, our relationships, and our capacity to feel grounded.
Restorative Yoga is a powerful antidote.
It teaches us how to pause, how to soften, and how to return to the parasympathetic states where healing naturally occurs. Through supported postures, conscious breath, and deep rest, the body unwinds long‑held tension, the mind quiets, and the nervous system recalibrates.
Rest is not passive. Rest is medicine. Rest is a reclamation of presence, vitality, and inner steadiness.
This training offers the tools, understanding, and embodied experience needed to bring this medicine into your life — and into the lives of others.

Restorative Yoga has been one of the most profound teachers in my life. It has shown me the power of slowing down, the wisdom of the body, and the healing that becomes possible when we allow ourselves to truly rest.
This training is an offering from my heart — a weaving of everything I have learned through yoga, somatic therapy, kinesiology, and my own healing journey. My intention is to create a space where you feel held, supported, and empowered to reconnect with your inner steadiness and wisdom.
Whether you join to deepen your personal practice or to share restorative yoga with others, I would be honoured to walk this journey with you.
